I'm using the 3D colormap surface graph to represent GC-MS data. x-axis = m/z ratio values y-axis = scan number or time z-axis = intensity
My initial m/z ratio values in the matrix are 0 to 400 in the graph. However, when I attempt to adjust the x-axis values to between 140-155, the graph correctly adjusts but I still see the other values on the screen (off to the side of the graph). I don't want this. What is the best way to fix this?
You mean those data that outside 140~155 X range are still show on the graph? Please go to Plot Details dialog, layer level, Miscellaneous tab and enable Clipping.
