Which function would one use to analyze an interference fringe to extract the phase information.

Hello,

Origin can import image to matrix and conduct matrix operation by LabTalk or Origin C, the 2D FFT is also supported, and the phase information for simple interference model can be solved by using these tools in Origin. However, you may need to construct the specific calculation equations based on your own model.
