Can I make a 3d plot when X,Y and Z vertices all have different dimensions?
(I'm using the 5.0 version)

The 'cube' which displays 3D plots is always a 'unit' cube by default. You can adjust the size of each axis in units of percent by selecting Format : Layer and clicking on the "Axis" tab and entering the appropriate values for Length.
25, 100, 50 (for X, Y, Z) would shrink the X and Z dimensions.
