Dear all,
I want to run 2way anova, repeated measures of 15 levels (dependent variable) for 2 independent variables. I have OriginPro-8, only 10 levels that are accessible in raw data window. Also, by comparing the 10 levels, Origin could not make pairwise comparisons.
Please if you know any hints to do better, this test in OriginPro.8

Hi,
To analyze more than 10 columns using 2 way repeated measure ANOVA tool, please read this quick help:

You said Origin could not make Pairwise Comparison(Means Comparison), I can’t reproduce it. Would you please try to upgrade your Origin to OriginPro8 SR6?
