I am one of hundreds of physicists and engineers who have both pc's and windoze boxes on their desks here at Fermilab. So much work is done on Macs, but I must keep swapping data and plots back and forth from one platform to another to use my favorite data-analysis software.
Is there any OSX plans for Origin? Linux is there; it can't be _that_ painful to do an OSX version!

Make that a third voice in favour of Origin for OS X. The only reason that we keep PCs in my lab is to run Origin. I have tried very hard to find an equivalent program on the Mac but I can't find anything that I like as much as Origin.

Making yust a suggestion for porting.
Use QT-Toolkit by Trolltech!! Write once and run everywhere!!
Cross plattform from Unix, Linux, Windows (all versions) AND MacOSX!!
So have a try! That Origin would really become a KILLER-APPLIKATION!!

Seriously, there must be plenty of possible users in education for this product, what with the best mac higher education sales for 7 years.
