Hi, I'm new to Origin. Does anybody know how I can create a graph like the picture?

Hi Betty,
Right now it is not easy to create such graph in Origin. Anyway, you can try plot a multi-layer bar graph. For example, in your sample picture you may need 23 layers to create such graph.

Hi Betty,
As Amanda suggested to make a multi-layer bar graph, you can make it as a Stack graph ("Plot: Multi-Panel: Stack" menu). This menu lets you specify various options, and here you can specify the bar chart's template (Bar.OTP) and Horizontal as the stack direction as shown in the following screenshot.
With some customization efforts, you can make a graph similar to your sample:

Although it seems all set for your purpose of the presentation, just for visitors to this thread who are considering this type of graph to arrange a whole datasets at a glance, the 3D bar graph like below (width flattened, single layer) might also interest you:
