Hi,
I have a question about log-normal fitting. I am using Originlab 9.1 (64bit, academic). I did a log-normal fitting, and I obtained Xc =114, w = 0.37. Now, I want to calculate SD.
I found this website:
http://www.originlab.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19913
I followed the equation SD=sqrt(exp(2a+b^2)(exp(b^2)-1)) where a=w, b=ln(Xc).
But it doesn't give me correct value of SD.
I wonder who can tell me how to calculate SD from Xc and w.
Thank you!
