Hi Vijayansiva--

There are a couple ways of accomplishing this, and I would suggest consulting this tutorial first-
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Quick-Help/Insert-Symbols-in-Legend

If it doesn't quite answer your question, just write us back and we'll see if we can't figure out a more specific solution.

Okay so, in this case you can create subscripts/superscripts for your graph by double clicking the plot layer in question and then in the "Plot Details" dialog, going to the symbol tab where you can adjust your marks to be alphabetic characters as you have in your example.

Then, since you want numerical values as either subscripts or superscripts for all values of each series of data, you can go to the "Labels" tab, and enable a custom label. If you want a series of different values next to each tick mark you can set the format string to the column where those values exist. However, in your case, if you want the same value next to each point in a series you could just type in "7" for example and every point would have a 7 next to it.

To set the value as a subscript or superscript you can adjust the font size and vertical/horizontal offset until it looks something like this.

Again, if this doesn't quite answer your question, just let me know. Hope this helps!
