can I create unequal custom bin sizes or do they have to be equal?

We have option User-Defined Centers' provided in tool Statistics: Descriptive Statistics: Frequency Counts
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/FreqCount-Dialog#Specify_Binning_Range_by
