how can I anticipate the equation of the data which we plot in order to compare it with pre-defined equation we have for the same phenomenon

Not sure, but it seems you are talking about the curve fitting/regression among the Origin's data analysis features.

what I mean is that I want to know the equation that governs my data values itself.
Does Origin has such a tool or gadget ?

Probably this "Fit and Rank Multiple Functions" feature is what you are looking for. (This is a "Pro" feature.)
