Hello,
i got a set of time dependend IR-spectras. From this serious of data I made a 3D-Plot. Is there a tool, to make thourough a wave-lenght or at a certain time that origin give me a 2D plot?

Hi Thomas,
Have you consider the 3D Waterfall plot, which allows you to show the cross section like:

(with a line highlighted at at a specific Z)

(with a plane highlighted at at a specific Z)
If you want to show the profile on the side walls, my colleague Chris Drozdowski wrote this nice blog:
