I'm having problem with fitting a single peak having several sub-peaks, by 5 multiple Gaussian peaks. This image show my curve, which I want to process:



I have to fit it as per reference shown below, exactly in the same way:


They used 5 Gaussian peaks to fit this.

I'll appreciate if anybody can help me out.
