I have a question regarding the "subtract" feature. I use that, to get the quotient of two measured curves. However, this feature behaves rather unpredictable. Sometimes only the curve, that I selected is divided by the reference curve, sometimes all curves are (which is a very good thing, when it happens) and sometimes nothing happens at all. Retrying, if nothing happens doesn´t do anything.
I am using Origin 4.0 on Win98 at the university (I do not own Origin)
I have also some access to a PC with Origin 7.0 on WinXP.

When you select Analysis:Subtract, the subtraction should be performed on a single dataset. I would suggest that you try Origin 7 and if you still see the unpredictable behavior let us know. Thank you.
