I want to go from:

Without Filtering the whole Data and copy the whole Data by hand.
Is it possible?

Hello,

Not sure if I understand your question fully.

Maybe you can try highlight J and L columns.
Then choose Worksheet: Unstack Columns.
Set Group Column(s) as: H
Set Recalculation Mode to Auto.
Click OK will create unstacked data.
So you will have XY data of MED and MEAN.
You can highlight these XYXY data and plot as line+symbol graph.

U can change filter condition in original sheet. Because the recalculation mode is auto, the unstacked data and graph will auto update.

You can also set the graph's x and y axis rescale mode to Auto so you don't need to rescale axis manually once data range changed because of filter change.

Thanks, Snow
