everytime the client tries to updates, it fails with above stated error code. I can resolve the issue by unistalling and using cc cleaner. But this only works until the next time it tries to update;-( Does anyone have a solution for this issue?? I also tried running setup as admin. thx in advance and i have to say the "support" of ea ismore than frustrating or rather non existing.
