Hello,

I want to plot symbols into a ternary graph.
Those located on the edges (the axis) of the ternary graph are half-cut. Anyone has an idea to put the symbols on the top of the axis ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Nico,

I am sure whether you really want to put the data on the top of the axes by LabTalk. Unfortunately, it seems that there is no command of LabTalk for this control.

However, you can specify this setting in Origin GUI:
1. Double click on the ternary plot to open Plot Details dialog.
2. Select layer tree node in the left panel.
3. Go to Display tab.
4. Check the option of Data on Top of Axes.
5. Click OK button

Hope it helps.

Regards,
Yuki

Hi Yuki,

It does not work when "Data on the top of axes" was checked.
But it works fine when "Show points outside triangle" was checked.
Thank you so much for this tip.

Dear windy48,

I concede it was really obvious but I've missed it.

Please consider that some people in this world are not as smart as you or maybe they could be in a hurry because a meeting has started and other are waiting for him.

Anyway you can keep saying sarcasms, you'll hit 5 posts, congrats !
