Does the import wizard provide some way of importing a data file formatted as follows?

File header (3 lines)
Bin header (1 line)
Bin #1 (columns)
...
Bin header (1 line)
Bin #2 (columns)
...
Bin header (1 line)
Bin #3 (columns)
...
etc.

I would like to import the columns of each bin in a different workbook tab.

Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 8.0
Operating System: Windows 7

Hi,

With Import Wizard, you can process the header lines in Header Lines page, see below:

To separate the data into several workbooks with Bin Headers, you can try the option below in Data Selection page:

If any problem, please send us your data via:tech@originlab.com. Please also tell us the serial number to help us record your question in our problem tracking base.

Thanks,
Shirley
