Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: 2016- 64 bit

hi. I am using the Originlab program for voltage dependent activation and inactivation curves (for pclamp). But I dont see the Vhalf and slope values as the result of the analysis. Could there be Xo and dx values? thanks a lot.

Vhalf and slope can be calculated using fitting. Origin provides an App to analyze pCLAMP data.

You can download and try, and see whether it is what you want.

Thanks.
