Is there an Origin C equivalent to the labtalk mat.multiply() method for normal matrix multiplication? I need to multiply matrices that are not attached to Origin matrix windows and would like to avoid creating the windows just to perform the operation.

Hi Mike,

You can just use the '*' operator, such as
mat3 = mat1 * mat2;
where these are all matrices not attached to Origin objects.

The mat.DotMultipy method under matrixbase class does element by element multiplication.

Duh... never thought of trying that with matrices.

Thanks, Easwar.
