I'm using Origin 6.1.

The problems with LateX were solved; I want to export my graphs in pdf format, but the greek symbols don't appear.

Have you tried embedding fonts in PDF options?

This works for me in Origin 7...

1. File->Export Page
2. Check "Show export options" at bottom of file dialog.
3. Enter file name and click Save.
4. PDF Options opens - these are my "Fonts" settings...

Embedding - Embedded
Outline mode - Compact
Stroke width - Semi-bold
Use Substitution Table - unchecked
Use True Type - unchecked

...Never mind. I have Origin 6.1 at home on my LabTop and found out it has no font options. However, the Origin 6.1 "Convert Origin page to bitmap" PDF option seems to work.
