Hello I had a question about using the multiplier function and grouping. In my plot I wanted to set offsets in a 'stacked lines by y offset' plot. So I used the dependent edit mode.

I had to rescale, so I used the multiplier function.

But then I wanted certain lines to have the same format i.e. scatter with particular color/symbol, so I ungrouped.

But my problem is every time I set the format to a scatter with a symbol, the multiplier function stops working. So I was wondering if there's any easier way to do this?

THANKS!

Hi,

The "multiplier function" is the "Multiplier" in the Offset tab of the "Plot Details" dialog, right?

If you ungroup the plots, the "Offset" is not supported for the plots.

Maybe you can try to groud the plot again, but set the "Edit Mode" to "Independent" in the "Group" tab of "Plot Details" dialog.

Then you can change the some plots format.

Thanks
Jacqueline
