I have logged in. When I click "Patch4 for English Origin 7", it always shows:

Dear Gob,
It looks like you have two web site accounts:
Gobman
and
Gobmany
Only the last of these has registered user priviledges,
so you need to use that account to obtain the patch.

Thanks, Geoff. I made this mistake. I will try to delete "Gobman" and keep "Gobmany".
