Does anyone know whether it is possible to draw equiprobability plots in OriginLab? I have 2D/3D data and would like equiprobability contours projected on the scatter plot. I am using versin 6.0
I'm not sure what kind of data you have, but if you can create a matrix of probabilities, then a contour plot of that matrix will give you contours of equiprobability.

Not so, the matrix would need to assume a state of randomness, unlikely available by design.
