Hello, I'm using the adv. fitting parameter. and I have some problem: 1.the fiiting line is come back to the start on x-axis each time it finished run on the data .i have like cycle with linear back to the start how do i get a fitting without this linear return.

Hi,
If I understand you correctly, the fit value for the first data point is being repeated and so the fit line connects back to the first point. Can you check the dataset you are fitting? In that dataset, is the first point repeated at the end?

yes, but it is passeble that the line will stop before come back to the start point so, I will have a graph of some parameters. If you can look on the net and see a DC-Characteristic IV of transistor and you will understand what i'm tring to fit. thanks |

Hi,
In the NLSF tool, use the menu command Scripts->After Fit. Then check the Uniform X radio button. You can then specify the begin and end values for the x range for the fit curve, and the number of points in the fit curve. By default, the begin and end values are set to lowest and highest x values in your data. Setting this radio button then creates a new worksheet with the fit data and this fit data should not have the return line.
