Hi,
can anybody tell me if Origin can read an 16 bit TIFF image file?
I have problem to import my high quality 16 bit spectra into origin

File info: dimension: 1024x1024
Bits per pixel: 16

Hi Pascal,

This should work fine in ver 7. What version do you have? If an earlier version of 7, try the latest patch for 7, which is SR4:

If it still does not work, please contact tech support.
