I'm back in Origin 5.0 still. I am having difficulty getting origin to integrate just 1 of several peaks in my chromatogram. Any ideas? I have managed to get the peaks picked that I'm interested in, but can't get peak area values for each of those peaks separately

If you use the Baseline Tool (available from the Tools menu), you can:
Click Pick Peaks on the Peaks tab with Base Markers checked.
Click one of the buttons on the Area tab with Use Base Markers checked.
And the area of all found peaks will display in the Results window.

If you are using the Data Selector Tool, be sure you set the data markers on either side of a selected peak by double-clicking or pressing the Enter key. Once the markers are set, you can execute Analysis : Calculus : Integrate from the menu and the selected Area will display in the Results window.
