How to put script and superscript in column heading ( longname, comments, units) using labtalk scripts?

Hi shyamk,
Although it seems no direct way by LabTalk, maybe this discussion using Origin C helps you to set the column row header to "rich text":

After that, you can set the header to a label including super/subscripts as in:
