I've just send a file to the online export, but I don't get anything back. I can se that the status page was last updated about 5 days ago. Is it broken?
Yes, sorry. It is down right now but should be back up very soon. We'll let you know when. In the meantime, if you have a small number of OGGs and really need the export file(s) right away, you can send your OGG to our tech@originlab.com account.
