Hello to all!
Hope someone can help me with this mathematical problem.
I have about 1 Mln data records wich represent telephone calls.
Each record gives me the date, start time, duration and end time of a call. I would like to plot a graph wich shows me the number of simultaneous telephone calls (Y axis) distributed over the time of day (X axis).
Everey suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks!
Rainer

simple approximation is time averaging:
average call time = (begin time + end time)/2
then simply use hystogram plot on the average time of call

for better accuracy you need to write a custom counting routine in OriginC.

Roman.
