(Origin 7.0 SR0 to SR5)
Greetings fellow Origin users and abusers:
Yea, we had a little problem with the global fitting; caused quite a quandary...

When we tried to globally fit multiple data sets with shared parameters we could only get one outputted fit line (and only the first set of parameters in the NL fit box would be updated).

We traced the problem to the user-defined functions (the generic Origin functions worked fine). In some cases, if you compile the function, this problem materializes (possible bug… feel free to send us a check).

Compilation can be ascertained by reviewing your user-defined function file in \OriginLab\OriginProXX\FitFunc:
An uncompiled user function will have these parameters (and should behave correctly):

[COMPILE FUNCTION]
Compile=0
Compile Parameters Initialization=0
On Param Change Scripts Enabled=0

Excellent then,
Laters!
