I tried to fit the DSC data of my protein. Only the non-2 state model with 2(or more) peaks can fit it well, but the two enthalpy values for each Tm give ratios unreasonable high (like 20-100) which is hard to understand.
Don't know if I can ask it here, can someone help me explain what the model accounts for and any other models I can try?
Regards,

Dong
