Origin Ver. and Service Release: OriginPro 2016 SR2
Operating System:Win7

Hello,
I have a weird shortcut problem where only ctrl+S and ctrl+O do not work in OriginPro (they do work in other programs). All other shortcuts seem to work just fine.
It is a bit annoying as I'm used to hit ctrl+S quite frequently.
Any advice?
Thanks

Hi Amanda,
The buttons do not work, neither as the File->Save.
The only way that I can save my project is to close the program and click Yes when the dialog of "Save changes to the project" appears.
Thanks

Hi,

Please try repairing your Origin.

1. Select Start: All Programs: OriginLab: Origin 2016: Origin 2016 Add or Remove Files to open the installer.
2. Select Repair to repair your Origin. See if the problem is fixed.

Thanks,
Amanda
