Origin Version (6.0):
Operating System:WinXP_P
Hi,
how can I plot the graphs, like in Excel where the points are connected with a extrapolated curve?
If I do the extrapolation in Origin it looks not smooth in compare to the Excel graph.
Thanks forward,
Denis

Hi Denis,
You can change the line connection type from straight line to spline etc as described in this post:

If this does not answer what you are encountering, please contact tech support with your data/OPJ.

Hi Denis:
I think what you are looking for is this: When you make your Origin Line (or Line + Symbol) graph...
Select
Format:Plot
from the Origin menu. This opens the Plot Details dialog box.
Select the
Line
tab and something like
B-Spline
or
Spline
from the
Connect
drop-down list.
