Hi, I need to put angstrom in y coordinate label, I used ctrl+M to open the symbol and found the A, but I could see it on the label after I inserted it. Dose anyone know this problem?

The version is origin 7.

Thanks

Hi AnthonyMel,

I asked a couple of Tech Support folks, here, but no one had heard of this problem. If you can see the Angstrom symbol in the Symbol Map, you should be able to highlight it, click the Insert button, and have it inserted in the text label. One thing did occur to me, just now -- are you possibly low on system resources? Try rebooting your machine and see if that takes care of the problem.

If you can't make this work, you should contact OriginLab's tech support (please have your serial number ready).

I have the same problem for inputting the ANGSTROM symbol in the text box. "ctrl+M" shows the symbol map, but no angstrom character is shown there. one post in this forum said it may due to the unicode setting in windows setting. But don't know how to configure.
Can greg help us solve this out.

many thanks
