Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): V7 SR4
Operating System: Windows XP

Hello evryone,

I have started recently to use OriginC.
I tried to use the program Multifit.c (http://www.originlab.com/FileExchange/details.aspx?C=5&cid=2&fid=56).
I got it running when I used a Lorentz function for fitting. However, it did not seem to work for trying with 1,2 or 3 replica (in the end I will need 3). The fitting window showed the right setting, but in the results window no number appears, there are lines instead. There is a number of error messages, as listed below, but repeated a few times:

_nlpLorentz.fit
C:\Program Files\OriginLab\Origin7\OriginC\NLSF\_nlpLorentz.fit(43) :Error, Variable "w" not declared
C:\Program Files\OriginLab\Origin7\OriginC\NLSF\_nlpLorentz.fit(43) :Error, general compile error
C:\Program Files\OriginLab\Origin7\OriginC\NLSF\_nlpLorentz.fit(29) :Error, error(s) found in compiling function _nlsfParamLorentz
compiling...

I would greatly appreciate any help on this problem.
Thank you in advance.

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

Since I wrote Multifit we will probably need to correspond privately about this. It's not clear to me what you mean by fitting and results windows unless you are using Multifit to set up a simultaneous fitting session in the NLSF tool. In any case, please email me by clicking the envelope icon at the top of this message. And please include more details.
