 fitting of an implicit exponential-form function

Hello,

I try to fit an implicit function as following

y = A * exp ( B*x*(y-E)/C/(1+x*(y-E)/(C*D)) ) + E

where A, B, C, D and E are constant. I have to find them.

Could Origin fit this type of function ?
