Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5P
Operating System: W2k

Hi,

although my settings in "Plot Details|Layer|Size/Speed" indicate that the speed mode should be off (since both maximum points checkboxes are unchecked) Origin displays the text "Speed Mode is On" on my coutour plots. My matrix contains data with 119 rows and 2018 columns. Looks like Origin internally switches on the speed mode?
This doesn't happen if I decrease the column number to, say 500.
In printouts it is not visible, but quite annoying on the screen. Is there a way to get rid of this message?

Hi Marko,

Tools->Options->Graph
Uncheck the "Speed mode show watermark" option

Thanks Mike! Good to know! This effect didn't happen in O6.1P.

BTW, I increased the number of columns up to 1500 and still no speed mode message appeared. When I tried 1600 columns I got the message finally. So it looks like some internally enabled speed mode Origin takes care of.
