Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: Origin 7.0pro
I found that it's very nice to show the value of Lsd by the vertical bars .(shown in Fig inserted) But I can not do that.
can anyone here tell me how to do that?
Thanks

Hi yfli1980,

Origin does not do means comparison testing, so you would have to calculate the LSDs using another method. However, once you have done that, I see no reason why you couldn't use something like Origin's high-low-close chart or a scatter plot with error bars to graph the results of your means comparison test.

I obtained the Value of Lsd0.05 by the software SAS8.0
But I cannot show the value of Lsd0.05 by the length of a line

can you show the steps about this procedure in more details?

I have emailed a figure to you.

can you describe how to show the Lsd by the length of line just as showed in the figure .

Anyway, thanks to you!

Hi yfli1980,

I'm sorry, I think I deleted your e-mail (I delete anything that comes in from "outside" with an attachment).

Please resend your e-mail and put this in the subject line:

Graph LSD

Thanks,
Mike

Hi yfli1980,

I received your graph this morning, but it sounds as though you have figured this out. Let us know if you need more help.
