Operating System: Win2000 SP4

Hello everybody

I would like to ask for help with fitting of multiple data sets.
My problem is to find parameters of isotherm:

q1=H*c + qs1*b1*c/(1+b1*c+b2*c)
q2=H*c + qs2*b2*c/(1+b1*c+b2*c)

This I known how to do it, but my problem is to satisfied following constrains:

K1 = H + qs1*b1
K2 = H + qs2*b2

The parameters K1 and K2, I know from another experiment. I have been trying to apply these constrains, but Origin answer was that this constrains are not linear. I am doing this in Excel, but I am not pleased with a results.
Do you have any suggestion how to do this? I would be big help for me.
Thank you.
