Is there a way of Origin being able to compute time to Half Amplitude from test data?

Hi,
Do you mean to find the Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM)? If this is what you are trying to find, you can find this with using the Peak Gadget or Peak Analyzer:
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Combine-QuickPeakGadget-PA
If you use the Peak Gadget -> Under the Quantities tab select FHWM to specify to export that value into your result sheet.
if you use the Peak Analyzer -> Under Result -> Quantities -> Select Full Width at Half Maximum.
