How does origin calculate the error in the Gaussian fit? Is it just the partial differential of the following equation?
y = y0 + A/(w⋅(pi/2)^0.5) e^-2(x-x0)^2/w^2

Please check equations (7)-(10) in the following page on calculations of standard errors of fitting parameters, hope this answers your question.Thank you.
