Hi,
I am trying to find the y- value for the peaks of my graph. I have tried to use quick peak and peak analyzer to find the peaks.
And below are the results I obtained.
Is the y- value peak Y? I have set the setting to baseline to 0, and finding method to second derivative. However, seems like not all peaks are detected. However, how to make peak analyzer or quick peak to be able to detect all the peak?
Also, why does it seems like for the peak detected, not all the peaks are shown in the report?
As the scale of the graph is quite huge, is there a way to show the grid of the graph, so that the readings of the data point can be read off more easily?
Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thank you! |

Hi,
1. Yes, y values of peaks are listed in Column(Peak Y).
2. Change the finding method to Local Maximum and set a smaller number for Local Point.
1) Click the triangle button in the upper right corner of ROI box
2) Select Preference to open the dialog and go to Find Peak tab
3) Select Local Maximum from the drop-down list of Method
4) Enter 2 in Local Points text box
3. To show the grid on the graph, you could double click the axis to open the Axis dialog and then go to Grids tab. In that tab, you can specify if the grids should be shown or not.
