Hello,
I have an image with multiple sub figures.Is there a way to extract the values of x-axis and y-axis?

Hi,

The digitizer might be what you are looking for. See Link:
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Tool-Digitizer

You will select a blank graph and select Tools -> Digitizer. With the digitizer open select File Import to Import your image. I always select the Edit Axes icon to make sure the X1, X2, Y2,Y2 range are correct and adjust the range if needed. After that, I then use the digitizer to extract x,y data points.
