Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5
Operating System: WinXP

I'd like to make a Weibull plot, with the Y axis formatted such as data appears linear. Is there a way do to this easily?

I have a dataset and the weibull fit. I am of course able to plot the data so the fit appears as a straight line by plotting ln(ln(1/(1-y)) with a logarithmic x axis. But I would like the y axis to display the actual values of y and not ln(ln(1/(1-y))
In fact, I'd like to plot the data as in this webpage first figure : http://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/handbook/eda/section3/weibplot.htm

Thanks in advance for helping me...

Samuel

Hi Samuel,

Yes, Origin can do this.
You might want to send your data to <tech (at) originlab.com>. Please refer to this post in your email.

Hi Leo,

Thanks for the reply. In fact, I've found a way to do what I wanted using the method II described in http://www.originlab.com/www/support/resultstech.aspx?language=english&ID=921.
However, the procedure is a little bit tedious, and I was wondering if there is a way to do that in a simplier way.

Thanks.

Samuel
