I have n repited experiments, is it possible to compute error bars without giving the mean or median?

In OriginPro7.5, Assume your n repeated experimental data are listed in n colums, respectively.

1. Highlight all your data,
2. Choose menu: Statistics -> Descriptive statistics -> Statistics on Rows.
3. A new Worksheet is generated, with mean, SD, SE computed.
