Curve fitting in peak graphs

I've got a couple of time vs resistance graphs. I only need the top and bottom peaks however the data collected is not linear and there are slope variations between the peaks. Is there a way to smoothen out the curves and obtain a cleaner graph?

Yes there are ways to smooth your data in Origin.
