Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2016 64 bit
Operating System: win10
I got a result using the partial least square regression and it told me that the optimal model contains 4 factors. But I don't know which 4 factors were involved in this model. Can anybody help me? And is the "Cumulative Y Variance (%) equal to the "Adjusted R2"?

Hi,

Factors are not the specific values. They are more like the subspace dimensions to reconstruct the original variables. Please refer to Loading Plot and Scores Plot for relationship between original variables and subspace dimensions and data projection.
"Cumulative Y Variance (%)” and "Adjusted R2" are totally different things. This tutorial may help you understand PLS better:
