Origin Ver. 2018 64bits
Operating System: Windows 10
Hi All,

I'd like to know how to run ANOVA for repeated measurements, but not just with the variable values (mean values), but also, I'd like to include my instrumentation error (standard error from equipment measurement) for each variable mean.
Is it possible?

Hi,

Could you please take a look at these knowledge base item and see if this applies to you?

If not, please post more details, such as something more about your data.

Dear Yuki,

Thanks for your reply.
Actually, I have 5 subjects with 3 repeated measurements in 5 regions of the brain (as an example). So, I have my data organized for 2 way ANOVA with measurement results for each brain region. There are the 2 factors in ANOVA the measurement values (3) and brain regions (5).
I'd like to include in the analysis also my error associated to each 3 measurements as instrumentation error for each brain region in each 5 subjects.
Is it possible to apply ANOVA in this way?
I'm not sure how to include this information and organize the data.
Best Regards,

Cláudia

Hi Cláudia,

I am sorry that Origin doesn’t support this so far, but I will bring up this issue at our share meeting to see if we could improve ANOVA feature in the future.

Regards,
Yuki
