Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 8
Operating System:Windows 10

I'm learning how to use Peak Analyzer in Origin. My mass spectrometry data has two columns(time and intensity). I had to select a single column with intensity data to start using the analyzer, and the Peak Properties report gave me peak index for the peaks identified. Instead of the index I'd like to see the retention time of these peaks, but I don't think Peak Analyzer has any information on time once I only select the intensity column. How would I do this?

Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi,

If time column is set to X and intensity column is set to Y, Origin will use X data automatically even though you select Y column only.

What’s the “retention time” you want? Is it FWHM?

Thanks,
Amanda
