When we refer to slope, it is often described as slope of a straight line. Therefore, you can perform a linear fit on your data and then get the slope. However, if the graph is not linear(at least basically), the slope of the graph maybe becomes meaningless.
With regard to linear fit procedure, you can follow steps like:
1. Active the graph, select Analysis - Fit Linear menu.
2. Fit results will be shown on the graph and Results Log. The fitted data will be stored in the new created worksheet "LinearFit1".
